Can sibling photos be ordered together?

Yes, it is possible! When logging in with your access code, click on "Have you received another access code?" There, you can enter up to five access codes at once. This will unlock all the photos, allowing you to order them together – saving on shipping costs.

I received an access card with a code – how can I order photos?

If you have received an access card with a personal access code, click on "ACCESS CODE LOGIN" in the main menu, enter the access code, and then click on "Open Album."

How can I order photos if I received an email with login details?

If you received an email with login details, simply click on the link in the email to go directly to the album. On the "Customer Login" page, enter your login details: the email address and the password you set during registration.

Please note that, for privacy reasons, we do not have access to your passwords. If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it using the "Forgot Password" function.

Where can I see the status of my order, such as payment receipt, production, or shipping date?

The easiest way is to click on the link in your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with your password and email address at "PASSWORD LOGIN" under "Customer Login." You will find your order details under "My Account."

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time depends on the payment method. Orders paid by PayPal and direct debit are processed immediately. Prepayment orders typically take 3-4 days longer. The delivery time also depends on the products selected. You can find production times in the respective product information.

Will the logo (watermark) be removed from the photo?

Of course! The watermark is only there to protect against illegal downloads.

What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We work exclusively with selected professional labs. These labs use high-quality materials from well-known suppliers to ensure no compromises on quality. If any mistake does occur, we will take care of it, of course.

Can the image crop be adjusted?

Yes. You have the option to do so in the shopping cart. If you reduce the image crop, the respective area will be enlarged. Pay attention to the stars that indicate whether the resolution of the photo is sufficient for enlargement. You can also fit the photo so that nothing is cut off from the subject.

I rarely order online – how can I order photos here?

Select a photo from a photo album that you like and click on it. Then choose the product you want, enter the quantity, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Once you've added all the photos you want to the cart, click on "Cart" in the top right and follow the further instructions.
