Processing Time After the Photo Session
After the photoshoot at the school or kindergarten, we need about 14 days to process your photos and unlock the gallery. Thank you for your understanding, and please be patient if the images are not available yet.

Important Information Regarding School Photos
Before completing your order, please carefully check if all details on the student ID are correct. Please note that after a paid order, reordering without additional cost is not possible.

If you have lost your access code, we are happy to assist you! Simply send us an email at post@mini-smile.com with the following information:

- Your institution
- Child's name
- Name of the caregiver or teacher
- Name of the school or kindergarten

Ordering Photos Online is Easy and Convenient
Here’s how it works: To get started, enter the access code that is on your access card. This will take you to the photo album, which is accessible only by you. Choose the photos you like best and decide how you would like to order them.
